Regular Photographic Updates;
Once you have chosen your golf property it may be several months before you are able to visit Spain again. We visit the developments regularly and email the photographs of the golf resorts to you

Regular Email News Letters
We send out regular email newsletters of all of the developments with any news or information that we have found whilst in Spain. We also send details of any new Spanish Property developments that we think our clients would be interested in..

Over the years we have formed strong links with partners who provide all of the services that you will need and will help you through the process.

English speaking Fiscal Representative and legal adviser, who will
provide legal representation for you when buying a property in Spain, searches for outstanding debts on the property, validates that the seller is legally able to sell the property, arranges for a meeting at the Notary in order to register you as the legal owner on the deeds (Escurita). On your behalf obtain NIE numbers (required for non residents) or a Residence Permit (if required), draw up a Spanish will (required for your property in Spain), advise on tax issues etc. Can also act with power of attorney over your Spanish bank account in order to pay bills while you are not in Spain (water, electricity, phone community charges etc) - keeping you regularly informed and ensuring that you are not cut off !

Spanish Bank Manager-
Most clients take out a Spanish mortgage for their property in Spain as the interest rates are less. We will introduce you to the Bank Mangers at Bankinter and Caja Murcia. They are English speaking and very helpful, they will also give you advice on Spanish Mortgages and transferring funds.(we can open a bank account before you visit Spain – with English internet access)

Independent Mortgage Advisor.
English or Spanish mortgages, our Advisor will visit you in your home to discuss your requirements. Again, many clients re-mortgage their existing UK property in order to partly fund the property in Spain

Property Management Company
Who will provide rental management, key handling, laundry services, cleaning and changeovers, bookings for your rental property. Give information and advice on English-speaking doctors and dentists, house and house contents insurance, anti-theft devices, car insurance, medical insurance, telephone installation, mobile phone subscription, swimming pool installation, furniture packs (including supervised delivery) and where to buy the things you need, etc.

Feetfinders
For those clients who are moving to Spain permanently, we offer additional support for the first 6 months. Feetfinders will answer all your questions whether it is where to find an emergency plumber on a Sunday or how to buy a car and even regular social events.
