Property Inspection Visits to Spain Option 1 - One to One Personal Inspection Visit
If you wish to book an inspection visit to view Spanish properties, we will arrange your flights (at no cost) and bed and breakfast in a 4 star hotel (subject to availability) for one, two, or three days. You will be met at the airport and taken to your hotel. On your inspection visit we will fit in as much of the schedule below as time allows.
1. Visit the several developments that meet your requirements of price and location etc. Sit down with the developers and view plans, check availability and prices.
2. Meet an Independent Legal Representative who will act on your behalf regarding the purchase of a property in Spain, obtain an NIE number for you, prepare a Spanish will and deal with any Spanish legal matters arising from the purchase of a property in Spain. Make a list of any questions you may have for him in advance.
3. Meet one of our ‘friendly’ Bank Managers who will open a Spanish bank account for you and set up internet banking, should you require it. He will also answer any banking queries you may have such as Spanish mortgages
4. Visit places of local interest, depending on time and the type of things that interest you; we will take you to Murcia, Cartagena, La Manga Golf Club, the seaside villages along the Mar Menor, Caravacca de la Cruz, Jumilla etc.
5. We usually find a nice, Spanish restaurant to take you to, for a long lazy lunch (as our guests, of course!) and in the evenings you are free to find a local restaurant or just chill out in the hotel and discuss your plans without any pressure from our sales people.
If you decide to buy a Spanish property, we will take you back to the sales office to sign the Purchase Agreement. You will be required to pay a reservation fee of 3000€, this can sometimes be done by credit card, cheque or cash, you will also need to show your passports as identification.
Your contract will be checked by our legal representative, before signing.
At the end of your inspection visit we take you back to the airport for your return journey, but we do not finish there. We will send you progress reports and photographs as your property develops, and will be on hand to lead you effortlessly through the process of buying your property in Spain, answering any queries you have right up to, and after, you take possession of your property.
All this for £95.00 per person
Option 2 - Independant Traveller
You may wish to make your own arrangements to go to Spain as perhaps part of a holiday, without the commitment of an Inspection Visit. You may contact us before you go to Spain or even when you are in Spain and we will be only too delighted to show you the area and property
